A Waitress is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a restaurant or dining setting by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers as they arrive, escorting them to their tables.

Present menus to guests, describe daily specials, and take food and beverage orders.

Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure the order is accurate.

Check on customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or requests.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive experience.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setting and clearing tables.

Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth and timely service.

Process payments and provide customers with accurate receipts or change.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Waitress or in a customer service role (preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast- paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately take orders.

Professional appearance, with a friendly and positive attitude.
