Job Summary:

Handling all normal duties connected with the operation of the telephone.

Department and any other duties which may be assigned by the Service Express Manager.

To develop a thorough knowledge of the Front Office department’s operation procedure and to work close with the other department of the Hotel, to ensure and efficient guest service. Maintain effective guest relations to ensure repeated Business.

Who are we looking for?

At least one year of experience answering telephones in a business setting

The ability to prioritize and use good judgment is essential for making decisions in emergency situations

Prior operator or call center experience preferred

Must be fluent in English and Arabic is a must.
